Creative Europe offers financial support to European networks operating in the cultural sector. This funding helps this sector to adapt to change and to strengthen its ability to operate transnationally. Funding is available to networks of national cultural organisations who want to work together on issues of shared interest.
Networks must be active and with a legal status of at least two (2) years in the cultural and creative sectors. The networks must consist of a minimum of 15 member organisations from at least 10 different countries participating in the Culture sub-programme. At least 5 of these must have their legal seat in 5 different Member States or EFTA countries. Individuals may not apply for a grant.
The maximum duration of the framework partnership agreements is three years. The maximum grant per specific agreement awarded under the framework partnership agreement is EUR 250,000 per year.
Financial contributions from the EU cannot exceed 80% of the total eligible costs of the project.
