WHO IS THE EVENT FOR?
Residency Host Organisations: Cultural and creative organisations interested in hosting artists through the Culture Moves Europe – Residency Host call.
Individual Artists: Artists and cultural professionals interested in applying for Culture Moves Europe – Individual Mobility.
HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
- As Pitchers – Organizations from the Balkans developing projects under the Culture Moves Europe Residency calls can apply to present their ideas. (Application deadline: February 18, 2026, 17:00 CET) Link to the registration form.
- As Observers – Open to participants from any Creative Europe country who wish to attend and connect with potential partners from the Balkan regions. (Registration deadline: February 19, 2026, 17:00 CET) Link to the registration form.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
A Short Introductory session: Overview of Creative Europe Programme and explanation of the webinar structure.
An information session from the Goethe team experts
- Presentation of the Individual Mobility call
- Presentation of the Residency Host call
Matchmaking & Networking: Dedicated breakout rooms hosted by residency organisations, offering individual artists the opportunity to learn about residency contexts, ask practical questions, connect directly with potential hosts.

- Host organisations: registration deadline – 18 February 2026, 17:00 CET
- Individual artists: registration deadline – 19 February 2026, 17:00 CET. Link provided on the same day.
Selected pitchers will be notified by 18.02.2026, and observers will receive the Zoom link before the event.
